Overwatch emphasizes on cooperative gameplay with a colorful parade of characters, each with their own abilities and roles in a group. Overwatch will be played with two teams of six players fighting each other over a variety of objectives. Players can choose different heroes, each with unique capabilities and specific role within the team. The four roles are offense, defense, tank and support. Players can change their hero in the game after the hero has died. There are 21 heroes to choose from at the release of the game.
